POOR SERVICE

I hired Kyle from Allspark Group (electricians) to install my generator. At first I thought he'd done a good job. Then I had trouble when my generator wouldn't switch back to mains. After calling another electrician who found a problem with the switch, Kyle eventually returned to fix this. After yet more load shedding I discovered, thanks to yet another electrician, that he'd connected the generator to the wrong side of my Eskom board meaning that I was not only was I paying for petrol, but for Eskom units as well when the generator was running. When confronted with this he became defensive, refusing to accept that he'd done something wrong, dismissing it as a "cost effective solution". I now have to pay another electrician to fix the problem he's created. Additionally, I have asked for a compliance certificate, which, to date, he has not yet provided.
