Absolutely disgusting service from an online retailer - allsearch.co.za

Bought a 3 bag sand filter on 29/82023. They offered a free 5 day delivery service. after I prompted for a delivery date, they calimed they had no stock. This I found out using their webchat service. They never communicated properly throught the process. It has been almost 2 weeks since I paid with my credit card, I am still waiting for a refund. The only way to contact them is through 1 email address. If you want to avoid this type of service, I recommend not to buy from them.
