Disgusting Pool Company Customer Service

By far one of the most pathetic Cape Town pool companies - although they are based in Hout Bay I would assume they service mostly Cape Town clients

There is zero communication between their office and service staff - their communication is horrific and I simply just can't trust them. They don't leave service receipts when they service pools so you never know when they have come or not, but yet the bill comes on time every month.

I have ordered a new pool light with them and we are heading to almost three weeks waiting for it to be installed, and again the bill is paid in full.

I will never recommend using this company considering the disgusting service received. Consumers deserve better than this.
