Dissatisfaction about poor customer service by Allpro Solitions located in Durban

I am disappointed at the poor customer service shown by Allpro Solutions. I paid a deposit over R20 000 in July 2025 for installation of gates and ballustrades following their promise to install by August 2025. Today, we are in mid December 2025 but they have not kept their promise. I keep on calling and sending whatsapp but they keep lying to me. I have requested a refund and they are now quite. This company does not even have an address for their premises. I think it is just a **** business. I am so disappointed at them. One was hoping even for more services from them after seing their profile. But, I regret choosing them.
