Theives, ***** your money and refuse to refund

Getting a refund for an overpayment from this place is nearly impossible. They provide you with no updates or feedback, one day you get told the refund paperwork has been processed then 3 days later they come with stories......they have proof of both payments made but full of excuses when it comes to refunding just because the payments were done from 2 different bank accounts.
