Paying VAT and Duties 2x for product ordered from Temu

No response from Allport Cargo. Product Ordered from Temu. Paid the Vat and Duties. Product arrived damaged. Returned the product to get refund. Had to order another product and now have to pay the Vat and Duty again??? I queried from them but no reply just a mail advising to pay. The Number to call get through to a recorded voice message at Fastway Couriers with no option to speak to anyone. Just say PAY UP _ SARS say so!
