Extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Allport Cargo Services.

Trying to get assistance has been a nightmare. Their phones constantly go to voicemail, and when someone finally answers, they are unhelpful and come across as rude. I was told that my parcel hasn’t even arrived in South Africa and that they haven’t received it, yet I’ve been given conflicting information elsewhere.

To make matters worse, I was told twice that they would email me with more details and call me back — and I am still waiting. No follow-up, no communication, nothing.

This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase basic information or deal with such poor communication. I expected far better.
