Allport Cargo Services Temu - be wary

What a terrible experience. I placed an order on my favourite online shopping experience, Temu, placed the order. By the time my customs came through, I immediately paid the amount due as always. it continuously stated that the vat and duty was unpaid for, even though it was already transacted from my account. I contacted Fastway courier company, and they stated they were waiting for my payment to reflect in order to proceed. therefore, i assumed there might have been a minor glitch therefore i made the payment again. clearly the payment went off twice. I paid twice for the same package. I waited for the package to be delivered because i knew in my intuition that if i tried getting it back beforehand, i might not receive my package. i received it and contacted allport cargo services the link for Temu and i am yet to receive a response after one of the customer service agents said hello my name is innocence. i have provuided all needed evidence of the duplicate payment but they are useless. be careful. i emailed them, sent them a chat on their lice chat and tried calling etc but the whatsapp number provided doesnt even exist on whatsapp. heeltemal ***.
