Beware Allperfumes.co.za ****!!
I recently purchased 5 Fragrances from Allperfumes.co.za which were advertised as parallel imports. Parallel imports are legally sold in South Africa at a considerably low price therefore, there was no reason to question the authencity of the products at the time of sale. On arrival of my delivery I discovered that the seller Raeesa Sayed had sold me **** perfumes. I immediately contacted the seller via email informing her that the perfumes were genuine ****s. I requested that she either refunds my payment or provide me with proof on the authenticity of the perfumes. I received a call later the same evening from a disgruntled Raeesa Sayed indicating that the perfumes were parallel imports and that they were genuine. I explained to her that a parallel import is not a ****, it is an authentic product which may have minor defects but it won't alter the authencity of the product. She handed the phone over to her husband who was already screaming in the background. Her husband was absolutely uncouth using vulgar words on me. I refused to be harssed any further and I ended the call. I sent Raeesa an email informing her that I will institute charges against her for selling me illicit goods and her husband for harassment. I also requested that she gets a courier at her own cost to collect the goods and refund my money. I received an email a few minutes later indicating that she can only refund the money if I send the goods back to her at my own cost following her terms and conditions set out in her Exchange and Refund Policy. I refuse to accept her conditions considering the fact that she ripped me off by selling me **** goods. She needs to get her courier service to pick up the goods and refund my money. I have absolutely no use for products that smells like cheap toilet freshener. If that were the case I would have gladly purchased dozens of toilet freshener at a fraction of the price I paid her. I later discovered her Facebook page whereby unhappy customers were also sold **** perfumes. This matter will be handed over to the SAPS for further investigation. People cannot be ****med by ************ individuals who falsely advertise their products.
