Workmanship and quality failure

Ordered a custom made office desk. Firstly it split (really bad work in that it was just glued without the correct workmanship to make this last); then they brought a new top for the desk. But after I paid premium price for solid wood (meranti) I now have pressed wood. Definitely not recommended if you want custom made quality.
