WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN S.A

I'm still waiting for all life to give me a call back regarding cancelling my policy, it's been weeks now waiting for a call from their "retentions" department. Even if I wanted to take up a policy in the near future, how can I with such bad service. Opening the policy was effortless now that I need customer service or as they put it "retention" department they are nowhere to be found.
