Will never ever use alllife again. Wanted to use it for my employees.

So so bad. One of our employees past away end October 2020. All life taken out years ago to cover the funeral bill if something happens. All forms and documents requested from all life is submitted. Every week when i phone they are a bit rude and say they will phone back. But still waiting. How long should i wait . Another month has passed. This is so so bad
