Well done Shandre Mackay

I dealt with Shandre Mackay. today 30 August 2023. She was very professional in handling my query, not only did she make the necessary changes speedily and with me on the line, she also sorted my wifes policy out as well. Well done Shandre, you make Alllife very proud. Keep up the good work. On the otherhand I was quite disappointed with a Njabulo who sent me a sms informing me I had to contact him to resolve my query which seemed very odd to me and unprofessional, because he could not get hold of me, whilst i was in a meeting, no call back number provided as well.
