I lost my husband in July and I didn't knew he had a life cover policy with all life. I contacted them and after speaking to a consultant I just kind of thought this is ro much paperwork. After two weeks the consultant phone me back and assisted me with getting all the paperwork done, she even phoned me every time just to give me an update as to how far the claim was. When our doctor was taking to long to submit his forms she called me and asked me to please speak to my doctor. She even provided me with the exact date when the payment would be made.
