Unresolved Claim Over A Decade

I have lodged a life insurance claim with the company (All Life) for over a year and a half. All the necessary documents were submitted and received by a consultant named Freddie for which now its almost over a decade with no feed-back or progress update on how my application is progressing. I've been calling more than several times during the period to make a follow up on my claim and I wasn't successful. All the emails sent to the company didn't receive any respond, I've been doing the chasing for the longest hence I saw the need to escalate the matter to this platform hoping to receive a fair and just service deserved by beneficiaries of those customers who are unable stand for their case over the contract they had with the company.

I am highly disappointed, I was of an opinion that the claim was only gonna take 5 - 6 weeks hence at this moment I wouldn't recommend or refer anyone for all the services rendered by the company.
