Unprofessional - Change of policy without consent

I’d like to start off by saying… this company is extremely unprofessional, lacks integrity and I could say a lot more

I took up the policy in 2014. All was well- the policy was for life cover of 200k

A few years later I receive an email stating that I’m now covered for an amount of 100k - no tangible reason issued. Trying to contact the company os a nightmare

Last year - 2022, Eight years later I’m told that I won’t be covered for what I initial was covered for - I will be covered. I will be covered for accidental benefit as my policy has been placed on temporary accidental benefit

I have reached out a number of times, hardly any response, if there is, it’s a. Excuse

1. I have been paying my premiums for the past 8 years. Today they devoted as well so I’m on my 9 th year

2 After 8 years I’m told I did not complete underwriting blood tests. Yet they kept deducting funds monthly with no fail

3. I’m now on a different cover - not app**** for by the way. Yet I’m still charged an amount for the cover I had requested

4 I have asked several times, to cancel the policy and be reimbursed for ALL my premiums. I’m told NO as I there is no prof of me cancelling

The amount I pay is 224 monthly. The amount I have paid over the years is shy of 20k

I’m fed up! I’m frustrated!

Can I please be reimbursed my premiums!

And please, stop! You keep saying you have tried to reach out to me several times ! Not true
