unpaid claim

We lost our sister in june and have been claiming on her policy for the past few months all the relevant documents have been submited but the company has not paid out, which makes me wonder if they are a legit company or not whe call them its eirther u get voice mail or u will speak to a consultant by the name of charity and whe will tel u to leave yo contact number they will contact u back but no 1 ever calls back. I have spoken to a claims consultant by the name of lerato who was very rude also promised to call back but she has not. One suffers a loss of a loved 1 and such bad service if we did not have any other funeral policy that means my sister would still be stuck in a motuary cos of incompitant ppl. I would never advise ppl to take a policy wit alllife pity romise u the world with their ads. I'm so ****ed shame with the service I've received from these ppl and the next step from here is legal actions cos we have been paying our premiums on. Basis. Highly dissapointed shame.
