unpaid claim

Hi

Please help my dad have a policy with AllLife he passed away on 30/04/2020 due to natural causes we had to bury him borrowing from family because AllLife doesn't want to pay after my stepmother send all required documents they say if it was an accident they would pay. they have been taking us up and down due to this my stepmother is sick because people are asking for the money we borrowed as i write this she at the clinic policy number :DM***2 COMMENCEMENT DATE OF policy 02/December 2016
