Unauthorised change of contract

Randall Meyer took out a policy for March Derrick van Heerden with AllLife as March was a AIDS patient. March Derrick van Heerden passed on, on the 17.09.2015. Randall called for a claim on the policy. Randall was advised that AllLife was unable to pay out as March died of natural causes and not by accident. When Randall requested the original agreement he was told that AllLife cannot provide the documentation. He requested for the recording of the initial sign-up but was told that he does not have the right to request this. Randall was also advised that a letter was posted to him in March of 2015 to advise that his policy will be amended (he did not get such a letter). AllLife is still debiting Randall's account for the monthly premium of R240.00.
