This is a review on abuti Sandile and Ous’Dikeledi. My email was received and promptly responded to by Sandile. It was clear, informative and timely. Dikeledi is amazing. She is a warm-hearted, soft spoken and intelligent woman. She made the claim process very easy for me(a son grieving the loss of his mother). She has a struck a really good balance between being human and being a professional. She was concise and yet still willing to reiterate important points if necessary. Her choice of words, manner of approach, and overall clear-mindedness displayed skill and character. She was a delight to talk to. 😊
