The person I spoke to promised all lot, but delivered nothing, I was promised a cancelation email -nothing, he also promised a new debit check-nothing, he promised to email a new life cover document-nothing, he also promised me an sms with his contact details and not delivered till today, I was convinced to continue with their service but their empty promises changed my mind.
