Super ***** life insurance

Took them 3 months and 3 payments deducted to tell me no. I was open and honest about previous illness from the get go and I was "covered" but had was told a day after they took my payment that I do not qualify for the life insurance i was originally granted to be told to get chronic life cover at double the price for a third of the payout. Is this a trick to ***** money from clients?? Your underwriters take MONTHS to get to this conclusion and NO OFFER to give me my money back??
