Service Excellence

I had a call from Sandile Twala this morning in response to my request to cancel 2 policies. He was most courteous and helpful and in view if his good advice I ended up not cancelling these policies and will continue with them. At a time when service levels in SA are at it's lowest, I found Sandile delivering the ultimate service and for which he should be lauded and his employer to give recognition to this.
