Ridiculously expensive

Today I cancelled my policy after nine years of paying ridiculous premiums for very little benefits and got told I have to give 30 days notice, you benefitted for the past nine years but still want to squeeze me further. I refuse to pay one more time, I don't want your policy anymore, other insurance companies have way better products and are moving with time while you are still stuck in the ninenties taking advantage of the vulnerable cause they still think you are the only company that covers chronic diseases
