Rejected policy for my late father

My dad pass on November 2020, and before he died he advised us that he had life insurance with all life for my mom and my little brother, but when I call all life I was was advised that my father only apply for accident plan which I don't think they explained well to him. I have requested the voice note and his contract with all life but they haven't responded yet. I think a lot of old people like my dad has been ******.
