Refund of premium

22 calls later trying for the past 2 weeks to cancel my policy of 2 months ,was a daunting, frustrating process that I had experienced with All Life commencing with the underwriter who did not display any validation as to the reason why my policy amount was rejected.Her comments were that if I passed on in August my beneficiary would have been paid out. Hence i will not be refunded for August premium. Secondly, the policy is not for the enrichment of my beneficiary. Since I told her that my monthly income is from my investments and my beneficiary will have access to it upon my demise. I am a single parent with 1 child. All i wanted was for my childs needs to be taken care of upon my demise. So i got refunded partially yesterday. As well as not refunding me timeously. Yet, 2 hours after Karina telephoned today and she understood me perfectly. She displayed professionalism, empathy, humaneness as well as leadership qualities in arriving at a decision to refund me. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the refund as she had assured me. Thank you Karina ,you are a star. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff should take a leaf out of your book. ALL LIFE
