Refund

I cancelled and have not received my refund as the last agent advised. I sent an email and it was stated that Katlego will attend to my case but to date there is still no feedback. The service was poor that’s one of the reasons I cancelled. I was sent to Century city for medicals when I got there they told me I was not booked in.
