Policy cancellation
I sent an email.on the 15of May 2015 to cancel my policy but on the 15 of June they debit my account R240.00. They were supposed to refund me instead they debit my account.I sent the email again asked them why the debit my account they said they will come back to me.I call them again they never help they said they will come back and let me know what happened.Im so dissapointed the way they handle it.
