Please cancel my policy

I took out a life insurance with Allife and have given them instructions that they debit on the 25th!! Only for them to debit my acc on the 29. Next thing I get a message that they did not receive payment. I contacted them via Fb and was promised that they will contact me on Monday for which none had happened. I want my refund and cancel this policy
