Nokuthula Gumede

I got a call from Nokuthula Gumede, she was really a breath of fresh air. Firstly she explained that I was no longer on the full cover which I was not aware of then we agreed that I’d send the latest results to her and we hung up. A few minutes later I got another call from her saying she already had my results. She made an effort and went an extra mile to call the blood company to get my results for me WOW!! I was amazed! Then she took her time to discuss my results, as if all her efforts were not enough, she still wanted to know how I was personally doing. Then I was in tears because now it felt like I was talking to a sister that knew me personally.
