NO PAYOUT after 5months

My uncle passed away on 21 Dec 2014 I contacted alllife the next day and they told me I had to fill in forms n provide required documentation, WHICH I DID! In Jan 2015 I submitted all the forms WITH ALL the required documentation. I was told by Lerato that it would take 2weeks to process and payout. Its been 5months n still no payout. Last month I sent her manager Brandon n email complaining about the lack of professional service received. He rep**** advising that he will call me back before 12pm the next business day. At 15:06 I had to send him an email reminding him that he had missed his SLA only to receive a call the next day. I accepted his apology n explanation when he called me on the 2 April 2015. That was the last time I heard from him. He has ignored all my emails. I find this unacceptable behaviour from a company that so many South Africans a relying on for them to secure a better future for their loved ones when they are no longer alive. This is false advertising! people need to know that they do not payout. They are a BUNCH OF *****!
