No Pay Out and No Reasons

A year ago my father passed away!and he had life cover with all life. I went to them with all the necessary documentation, thy told me that they will do an investigation an that it will take some time.<br> <br> They came back to me saying that they can not pay me the cover amount as my father passed on from cancer and he did not notify them that he has cancer.<br> <br> i ACCEPTED THAT! But then I asked them to pay me back all the premiums paid. And they could not.<br> <br> And when I asked to speak to the manager there was never one to talk to and left my details no one ever got back to me. What **** service!!!<br> <br> So where does all the money go?do they just go along taking peoples money....<br>
