No feedback On Claims/ Late

I have a cover with All Life and i covered my sister which she had passed on, and this happened September already. i have called and i dealt with Lerato she gave me all the forms to fill and i did everything that she said i must do, i was told that it will take about 3 to 6 weeks to get a payout and i am still waiting even now,<br> <br> i have tried to contact Lerato several times and its either it goes straight to voicemail of she tells me she will call me back and she never does, this is breach of contract as i was promised and i am still waiting, it is not fair i have debts to pay from the funeral and All Life is not even willing to communicate with me or pay me. i am disgusted by this service and i'm quick upset by this insurance policies story, its better that one doesn't take policies cause they never pay us anyways, quick to sell but when they have to pay its always stories. this is not acceptable though as they have been deducting their premiums, never skipped one but now they don't wanna pay me.
