No delivery /no pay out

<p>Its been 18 weeks in totally since I claimed for life cover of my sister . Firstly I was told to fax documents of which there were like 100 pages then with Leratos advice was told to send them via post and she keep on saying they haven't received it till I ordered to be escalated to her superior . Bafana of Fanyana called me and said i must calm down they habe received my docs ad will be allocated to an assessor or whoever. Freddy called me and told me everything is fine on his side docs are in order and is happy. He gave me his number and e-mail address of which both I don't get respond. The fone ring timeless and transfer you to operator who also don't answer then it takes to mail box that doesn't take messages because its full . So what is this a **** or games. you so prompt to deduct premiums but not in paying out. Service sucks period. Freddy is not efficient at all. He sieant answer his fone or emails so what do you do?</p>
