Life Cover Query

I had an interaction with Moeketsi Ndara regarding a life cover. Although he couldn't resolve my query as it was beyond his control, I appreciated the fact that he was open and honest and didn't try to sell me a product that wouldn't suite my needs. Not only that, I appreciated the fact that he took ownership of the query as it had been initiated with a different consultant. He kept his word i.e. he said he would call me back as soon as he got feedback from his supervisor and he did exactly that. Nothing irks me more than people who don't keep their word and when questioned they make excuses.
