Life cover declined

Hi my mom took out an life cover insurance with AllLife last year February and this year march she past away. I contacted them and they sent me all the claims forms which was filled according to their request with supporting documents. They email requesting hospital file which I was the only one who could give the permission for. I was told by ALLLIFE that I need to go to hospital and give them permission to release file to them which I did and I had to pay R402 to hospital and R650 to her G. P to fill the forms. My mom disclosed to them she was diabetic and hypertens. They sent their medical team to do bloods and then they gave her the policy. My mom was admitted twice to hospital and her sugar levels went back to normal. Her death certificate noted she had a natural death. Today I received a call from Larato from AllLife in forming me that the policy was declined. They have all my moms medical orginal documents . I have been back and forth since March and gave them everything they requested
