Insurance claim

I opened a life cover for me and my aunt in November 2019, but my aunt passed away on the 25/03/2020 due to natural courses. I have submitted all the forms and paid R620 at the hospital for the doctor who declared my aunt dead to fill in the forms so I can send to the insurance company. I had to wait for 8 weeks they said but now they came to my house and interviewed me about my aunt, I have a felling that there is no problem with my claim they just looking something for them to say they can't pay me. Please help
