inflated unjustified costs

I am currently unhappy with Alllife, i got a policy for my dad sometime last year and the premium was 300 at the time and i was advised that with would increase by 6 percent annually and there will be a 5 rand admin fee on a monthly basis which was okay,sometime earlier this year the cost had increased to an odd 358 rand a month which does not make sense as the 6 percent should be 18rand + 5rand admin fee making it 323 rand a month, this month they debited 380 odd amount and i called to follow up what is going on, to date i have not received any feedback, i have logged a complain with rebecca and followed up but i still have had no answer from the company
