I'd just like to give a shout out to Michelle Ndlovu for her amazing service. I called in a bit irate however Michelle remained calm and patient and was really just so nice. She called me back at the exact time I asked which one does not normally see with call center agents. She is quick and efficient and very professional. 10 stars to her she is a great asset to your company.
