I would like to applaud Nokuthula Gumede and Ridwaan Dundeep for assisting me with my policy with All Life insurance company. Since last year I ve been battling with premiums that are escalating and becoming so heavy for me to pay since I am now a pensioner. I first talked to Nokuthula who saw all the notes about me in the system and the person who was helping me has left, I ve been waiting for a long time for the feed back without success, Nokuthula forwarded me to Ridwaaan who said he will escalate it to his manager. They were both so kind and professional. They were so aware that they talking to an elderly some of terms of the business as well as the technology.
