I was assisted by a wonderful consultant by the name Michelle Ndlovu, she gave me sufficient information on my life cover and answered all my questions promptly, she was very friendly and put me at ease by advising that I am still covered however advised on the dangers of not being up to date with my premiums and the penalties I might be posed with Or rather my beneficiaries because I will be no more when my beneficiaries blow my money imagine 😅. She advised well on which steps to take in order to parent well from grave I told her I have a will in place and she was impressed with that. She suggested an additional product with a beautiful benefit however I couldn't take it immediately. All in all she is a people's person and knows great customer service I wish her nothing but promotion in 2025
