I want my the amount l was told by Agentt l will get after 10 yrs as this does not even help to get a Loan as l don't know how much l have. Or give me back all monies l paid foe last 10yrs my ID no is *** and Policy no is AL***0

I'm 62 year l female. On 2023I took policy (Life insurance policy) 10 YearTerm Cover & ADW DISABILITY COVER. The amount lwas told assured is 100.000 00.The aim was knowing that 2023 l will be turning 60yrs so it will mature at time of my pension and help me with time of leaving Employment. The time l took it my premium was R250.00 and 6% yearly increase by 2024 l was paying R495.00.A disappointments felt when l contact them for maturity date l was told its automatically a Death Cover. I cannot afford to pay feather as l was also forced to extent my pension to 65yrs as lm still paying school fees for my last born and having dissapoinrment of 100 000 00 l was expecting. By the 5-6 year no body was bothering to send me statement or email as they used to do. Even blood results nobody cared or contacted me for CD4 count and Viral load. I stopped the premium due to inaffordability but communication from Alllife.
