I have been assisted by Ms Shandre Mackay this morning while was enquiring about the status of my policy. Let me mention that I have been so lucky to be be attended by her whenever I had enquiry or wishing to upgrade my policy. On all occasions she has been very helpful, patient, kind and able to provide all the assistance required. I'm more than happy with her services.
