I got All Life Insurance via advert

I got All Life Insurance via advert. Agent is Eyona. Policy I bought Accidental Death for R***. Happy with service and increased amount due to an injury called Eyona. We discussed my injury. Ronelle helped increase value of policy to R***,immediate effect was quoted at additional R769.99 Payment made, authority to debit signed. Policy start date 1st of October. Not what was agreed and paid for. Called Ronelle, she said policy states 1 October true date is 1 September. Requested recording. I asked: You are aware of me being in hospital? She rep**** NO which shocked me, this was the reason for the increase but during Eyona’s call today she asked if I was still in hospital. Requesting recordings, Ronelle said they are available but can’t email as protected by the POPPIA act! Ronelle promised to play the recordings - she didn't. I am concerned with a situation and full of doubts. This is my report, rating depends on All Life Insurance honouring their obligations and commitments. Regards, Adriana Bertheil
