I am being bul**** by Alllife Insurance

I've been the client in the company and realized that whatever they promised was not delivered and cancelled the policy. After that, they continued debiting my account and for the past three months I've had to dispute the payments. This month however they decided to debit my account and block me from reversing it. I've contacted them and on their records it reflects that the policy is cancelled. The consultant I spoke with said she was not sure when my refund was gonna be done and that she will speak to her manager. I feel like these people are literally *****ing from me,I need help in getting that refund
