Horrible service

have been asking for underwriter to call me, I took up a policy with you guys in March and I was told I'll need to under go medicals and under writers will call me, never received such a call however my premiums are deducted on a monthly I'm really not happy cause should I pass on my kids will be left out in the cold! Rather cancel my policy my number is **********, please get someone to call me or cancel this thing
