half of the cover paid without even an explanation why

ALL life is a no go area, my mom passed away in June already, the pay out took forever and when they finally did i only got half of the cover, nobody bothers to explain why until you call and you are told to send an email. i would never advise anyone to cover themselves with all life because your family will suffer even worse
