********** insurance deductions

I took out 2 policies from them. The policies was canceled as we dis not meet the criteria but they are still deducting from my bank account. I’ve tried to reverse last month’s payment but I did a debicred so I could and this month they deducted again. I don’t see why they still deduct as they’ve declined us. I want my money back as I’ve never dealt with any insurance company that first deduct money before you they accept you
