False policy documents

I would urge anyone even considering to take out a policy with All life to reconsider as they promise to take care of your loved ones when you are not there but they do the opposite .My mom recently passed away in April and as one of the beneficiaries of the LIFE POLICY I sent all required documentation to Lerato Zingitwa only for her to email me and tell me ALL LIFE has rejected the claim due to my mother having accidental death cover,I then asked Lerato on the 28/08/2015 to provide the document signed by the deceased which stipulates she had accidental cover and not a life cover as stipulated by the policy wording my mother kept but Lerato has not bothered to do so.I also called Indrani Nair FROM CENTRIQ on the same day 28/08/2015 and she promised to CONTACT ME after looking into this matter but I haven't received feedback even from her or the signed document from Lerato.
