False advetising and taken money

They advertise they can give you insurance even with medical conditions. They quote us, said they will do underwriting. Took 2 months premiums already and now phone to say they cannot help us. But dont want to refund the premiums taken already. I will not just leave it there they will pay our premiums back because this was not discussed with us.
